I don’t doubt there are sources the question is the credibility of the sources. And why should I do all the legwork I am not the one making unfounded claims without concrete evidence or citations.
Right in that article it mentions other factors such as genetics, family history, alcoholism. Genetics are not something you can control. And as I mentioned before I take Meds, Exercise, Eat Well, have a loving partner/family and a moderately successful career. Despite all of those things I can turn very violent, manic, or sad in a matter of hours. If I don’t take my meds I literally hear voices in my head.
I can not speak for anyone in my group, but I have had blood work and MRIs. It’s important to note that medication is not the end all answer. Healthy diet and exercise are also paramount. But some days even after I take meds, eat well balanced meals, and exercise I might still want to bite someone’s face off and not care.
