I have a question for you. I am about to graduate from a large university with a respected business school with a B.S. in Economics (which has a reputation of being difficult at my school). I think you are having a hard time understanding me here. The definition between raping someone who is drunk versus sober are different. In the case of someone sober, the person does NOT give any consent to have sex and someone FORCES them to. The reason I say technically is because, while it may be immoral to take advantage of someone, I find it disturbing that we can actually put someone in that category even though "the victim" gave consent. You should still be responsible for your actions even if you are drunk.
