AA works good for girls, but usually terribly with guys, ESPECIALLY in a group dynamic - What you're doing is building up on his "joke", which only encourages him to continue. In which way is he being a dick to you? Can you go into more detail? Yeah, I figured that must be that. I really thought I hurt her or something cause I think she was very insecure, but in that case it's her problem since what I said was always over the top too ridiculous to be honest/true.

I don't know what A&A means (googled it even) but my then-GF was a coworker and I didn't care about the workplace cause it was a job I did on my semester off, so I don't work there anymore (we did keep it super lowkey though)
