4	Way to get in state effortlessly (may not work for everyone) I've actually found that focusing on my toes and shoulders help me the most. If I focus on my toes, I can't help but notice my feet legs and thighs, just as a orientation of where my toes are. If I focus on the muscles the control my shoulder blades, I notice tension that I may not have been aware of before focusing.
