Having muscles and being fat still makes you a fatty. One of the best features women tend to find attractive in men is low body fat, not crazy low but 10-15% is ideal. Weight loss is 100% diet, lose the weight and maintain the muscle best you can and the difference will be night and day.

What’s super sad is when you see a pic of an okay looking 28 year old chick from 2014 and you can’t believe how much better looking she was.

Built a squat rack just before this hit so lifting daily. Taking care of lots of house work I’ve been putting off. Cleaning up my diet, mostly fatty meat and veg.

If you’re grinding hard in the gym and in life and still can’t shake her try other girls, if that’s not working fast enough I hear the new doom game is awesome so go play that.

Great advice. I had a similar responsibility in college. You can try setting weekly action items during a short weekly tag up that are for the most part all due during the next tag up the following week. It can be difficult to navigate when you’re a “first among equals”. Remember, if your group fails a goal it’s your fault as the leader.

I thought it was 12 years now it’s 5? I wouldn’t get caught up in all the fear mongering. If they were truly in fear of the world ending due to climate change they wouldn’t be so against nuclear power, the cleanest safest most reliable energy source that could actually solve the problem.

Minimize your sugar and carbohydrate intake. Sugars and carbs spike blood insulin, you will burn little to no body fat when your insulin is spiked. If you must eat carbs or sugar get them from vegetables and fruit, but ideally most of your weekly diet will be fatty cuts of meat, veggies, eggs, and moderate dairy. It’s basically impossible to not be at a healthy low body fat % if you’re eating exclusively meat and green veggies (there have been actually trials testing this). Time restricted eatin…

34 isn’t too late to turn your life around at least. Seems crazy how oblivious he was, like it’s a troll post, but then you realize how many men are just like this guy.

Depends if you’re in a technical field or not. If you lie about an engineering analysis you didn’t do you’ll very likely be found out in the interview process as they’ll probe for technical details, unless you’re applying at a low quality place.

You’re 15, get a good gym schedule setup and you’ll be shredded by college assuming you go.

You’ve gotta get down to 10% body fat or less before the skin really starts to retract. If you pinch your loose skin and it’s not extremely thin you’ve got more to lose before it’ll contract.

Some recent paper (don’t ask me where you gotta dig) made the case that having weak androgen receptors was more of an indication of a problem than low T, which explains men (usually athletes) that have lowish T and no side effects. You don’t want crazy high or low T as both are a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. If you’re lean, fit, and not insulin resistant and have no symptoms I wouldn’t worry. If you have symptoms lose weight eat right and see what happens.

You don't always have to fuck her hard, in fact sometimes that's not right to do. Sometimes you got to make some love, and fuckin' give her some smooches too.

I’ve got a lot of weight to lose so I’m sort of in it with the exception that I’ll put some effort into girls that are showing a high level of interest (not too many of those when you’re over 300lbs).

Lost 200lbs myself. Keeping your insulin low is key, insulin is the switch which tells your body to store or burn fat. Low insulin=fat burning mode. Sugar and unrefined carbs will spike your blood sugar which in turn raises your insulin making you store fat. So, eat mostly fatty meats and green veg. Fruits and whole grains sparingly preferably before workouts. I lost first 100lbs without exercising. After that I mostly did long walks and heavy weight lifting. Fat loss is 100% diet, but if you wa…

For weight loss I used excel and vba to plot projected daily weight loss based on a correlated BMR equation which uses my daily age and weight (along with sex and height, but those won’t change with time...I hope). So I have these correlated plots and I compare those with my actual daily weight by plotting them on top of each other and keeping track of the disparity; this helps me keep track of my progress, helps me see what my weight could be in the future, and allows me to take note of times w…

What’s helped me has been tracking my progress daily and religiously. It keeps me honest and builds that needed discipline. Also if it’s something like weight loss for example, I’ll build goals along the way and attempt to modify my methods to meet those sub goals.
