Thank you. Its been an interesting journey with it. When I told my father, his response was “well, was it good?”… A lot of people just dont understand that SA of boys and men can be just as traumatic to them as to females. I guess its bc sex is seen as males giving and females receiving, so its harder to imagine it being assault or rape.

Considering the amount of fuck ups our country has had with faulty court proceedings and subsequent executions, there needs to be time for appeals. To make extra certain we are getting it right. I dont trust the government at all, why would I expect them to execute people without error?

Yes, the burden of proof lies with the accuser. However, the lack of evidence does not in any way mean the accuser is lying, it means there is not enough evidence to convict, and in a court of law the accused is considered innocent...
