You guys made up, cool. But as a brazilian I find it laughable that you read his post and immediately went on your tirade. He basically described common cultural differences that exist for both sex even without mentioning males once. Brazilian culture in general is more relaxed when it comes to sex - both male and female. This is true for most latino cultures as well. Day game is where it's at man. It's harder mentally to approach someone when you're not in that normal ambiance, but the outcome is 100x better, at least in my experience.
