I had my kids tested when they were around 10 years old because I had intrusive thoughts that they were not mine and you know what? I felt ashamed for doing so and I still regret it. Even if they were genetically someone else's, who cares? I was there for their birth, first steps, first words, first day of school; I am their dad regardless of what some fucking test says. 23and Me and all those ancestry websites prey on divorced dads fears and insecurities, all in the name of bumping up their sto…

You agreed to less than 50% custody in the first place and are basically a rent-a-dad for 1 weekend a month. You aren't going to get primary custody and you should have fired your attorney the second he suggested less than 50% time with your kids.

She's definitely been on dates dude, she's just not telling you about it because she doesn't want to lose out on you being her bitch. You need to cut the cord and move on.

Tell her to fuck off and buy him whatever you want with your own money. And unless you are a deadbeat garbage father you should go and physically take your kid back. She is setting you up for losing custody.

Deeds are recorded at the county; it doesn't matter who is physically holding the document. Plus even if one person isn't in title they would still have a marital interest in the property regardless of vesting information. Bottom line the free attorney who provided the consult is full of shit, clueless about real estate, or your wife is lying which is the most likely answer.

First step is to love yourself before putting your foot into the dating pool again. It completely gets rid of you coming across as needy, as lame as that sounds. Almost every guy on here has made the same mistake as you (and me early on) by rushing into dating post divorce. Women can sense the desperation/loneliness and it is not attractive. But if you have self confidence and self worth? They love that in a partner. Have the traits that you want in a partner in your self first is my advice.

Yeah....no. What a bunch of sanctimonious drivel. Not everyone deserves to be forgiven.

You're a deadbeat sperm donor who makes the rest of us dads look bad. You will be forgotten quickly by your kids when you die and your life will have been an insignificant blip in the grand scheme of things. On the plus side I bet all that money you saved by not being a father will get you a really nice headstone.

The reality is that you see your kids twice a year due to "work" which means you put your job and income over your offspring. You don't deserve to have any say in literally anything. Pay toward college or don't but you'll always be just a distant stranger in their lives. Hope it was worth it.

You really want some POS walking your kids down the aisle or giving a speech at their wedding because you took the easy way out? You kill yourself and she wins, no other way around it. Get angry, get in shape, fuck women that are hotter and younger than your ex. Life gets better but it takes work.

Why are you paying child support if you aren't legally divorced yet? Sounds like you need a new attorney.

Yep

Laws vary by state but a QCD is typically pointless until the divorce is finalized. The spouse would still maintain a marital interest in the property as long as you are legally married.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
