Nicely done I did judo, it has a lot of crouching work

To be fair that was my last set of 5x5. And if you squat low bar, you lift more of the weight with your ass rather than legs. If I go any lower I start getting butt wink: low hamstring flexibility. But nice reminder to break parallel on every squat. Regarding stance width, it should be what's most comfortable for your hip joint. As long as you're not hurting your groin because of going too wide, or hitting knees on the chest from going to narrow.

I think you're right, and the problem is my torso is too upright and not leaning forward smoothly as i bend my knees. I need to work on hamstring flexibility and maybe deload.

Would be a good idea to have a read through http://www.blackdragonblog.com He's the only dating blogger who writes seriously about ltrs and open relationships. Even open marriages.

young warrior, you will catch oneitis again if you follow this path. It's not this girl who's different, it's you who's changing Get as many model-tier fwbs as you want, but upgrade slightly less hot ones to LTR. Focus on personality and how invested she is Eventually we all feel the need to pair-bond, but make it on your terms and follow a plan

I've recently moved, and while it wasn't very hard to get a few plates, I still have literally 0 friends. The male acquaintances I've made all seem to be two faced back-stabbing bastards. Where are all the quality men at haha

The only actionable advice so far is gouge his eyes out, kick him the balls, poison his alcohol and take it and smile. This is bullshit advice. You need a calibrated response. Make strong eye contact and tell him he's being disrespectful to you and your father. If he backs down tell him never to do it again. If not tell him to leave. If he doesn't leave reach behind him grab his arms and drag him away. If he fights back knock him out/subdue him and then drag him away. If anyone gives you shit sa…

2 weeks ago I kissed a girl without saying a word and a few minutes later she took me to the bathroom. I think the only thing I said was I want to have fun with you tonight. You will lose a lot of girls, but if you're good looking and without much experience, his advice isn't bad. I'm an 8 and she was a 7. And she wasn't drunk

you should read up on goodlooking loser. It's okay not to escalate verbally if you escalate physically from the start. ie by 5min you should be trying to kiss her and laughing it off if she rejects it. EDIT: and trying again a couple of mins later. never stop trying, run the set to the ground and make her leave. that's rejection

Nice Dune reference I don't remember if the books had any redpill nuggets but I very much appreciated reading them “I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

This. I have countless examples in my own life of buds who left the pack because they got involved in a LTR or made chasing women a priority in their lives. They are not happy. I'm also guilty of this lately, just this weekend I blew off reconnecting with an old friend I met on the street because I was on my way to pump a plate. Thanks for the wake up call.

Slightly off-topic, but I've been meaning to ask book recomendations for parenting psychology and leadership. Red-pill oriented of course.

No wanking. No staying up late at home. No TV alone. Since I'll have a lot more free time, I'll pick 3 habits: 30min calisthenic exercises everyday (lost the habit with my new job) Study everyday for my medical internship exam (December 4th) Be on time in the morning (job) It's a lot to pickup, so I'll allow two missed days per week and still consider myself on track (for exercise and studying)

Maybe this will help others understand the Golden Rule: Treat others like they want to be treated, but never better than they treat you. For instance, if a girl enjoys being treated like a slut and is always respectful to you, you'll treat her like a slut. Untill she disrespects you. Then you withdraw your attention/ time with her
