How did you manage to cultivate multiple income sources whilst still working a corporate job - it's a challenge I've found difficult. Aside from the time required, what profitable side hustles are left in this day and age? I could really do with some suggestions - not including Uber/Delivery Gigs

Take pride in your work. Don't let pride control you. Have humility and selflessness, but don't avoid aiming for glory. Harness that anger, don't let it control you. It's not about getting rid of anger but using it for good purposes. This.

I don't think ego is a bad thing - it's your perception of yourself. RP philosophy teaches prize mentality and outcome independence, both can be applied outside of the sexual marketplace and both have implications for 'ego' If you have prize mentality, regardless of what anyone says to you, you have internal self worth. Your ego is unphased. That doesn't mean you can't learn from criticism, but you understand constructive from the bullshit and act accordingly. Outcome independence ultimately mea…

I think learning about body language and non-verbal communication helps improve your game, along with your overall social and emotional intelligence. You need social intelligence for game, and understating the world of non-verbal communication is going to help your game - both professionally and interpersonal. I'd really recommend Derren Brown's content, with a little analysis you can get down to the principles and methods he's using. From there I would look into NLP (neuro-linguistic programmin…

As mentioned: DO NOT DEFECATE WHERE YOU MASTICATE! Try and collect evidence of this behavior, slowly start feeding it into HR -- MAKE YOURSELF OUT TO BE THE VICTIM HERE. Be selective about the information, timing is key. You'll have leverage in the future.

It's hard bro, you're unlearning a lot of principles that you have has assumed as true or were a big part of your personality/ego. The sidebar is very valuable, i'd really recommend starting there. It takes a while, and you may never get to 'the end'. Just know, there's no going back once you start questioning your BP thoughts. Once you start seeing the world around you with this RP lens, you will go through a range of emotions.

Well worth the watch, some great material covered through his video work. I would also recommend the rational male books, very eye opening. As mentioned, Rollo has been a key member in the community for a while, and he's covered near enough everything you can think of asking through his books, blog and videos. The journey never ends, you're working against years of BP social conditioning. Consume all you can, and get it into practice as soon as possible. Theory is great, but it's just that. Theo…

Shits broken if your spending 3k a month trying to fix it

I suppose that's the nature of spinning plates - some do eventually break, for whatever reason. Time is always better spent lining up a new sexual prospect than going back to an old flame, you don't start going through the trash once you've taken it to the curb.

Rollo has a great take on this called, ''Your Friend Menstruation'' - you can find it on the Rational Male blog - it provides some great insights and ideas into how to handle both pre/post cycle interactions

Haha I have no idea, but that doesn't matter. You do make a good point, especially when considering approach anxiety. I've herd Rollo make a similar point of having this almost irrational self confidence. I think that's great for starting out but, not good for cementing that alpha presence in your psyche.

Internalizing prize mentality and enlighten self interest seem to be the crux of what you're getting at. Those concepts should lead to a path of self-improvement, and truly accepting and internalizing those concepts will lead to sustained growth and development. Women are accessories to your life, not the goal of your endeavors. It's best not to use them as some yard stick to measure your ego against

It seems you're going though the stages of coping we experience when unplugging ourselves. For some, this can be an extremely difficult process, one I think not every man who is RP aware can accept. Fortunately, you're nearing the end of that journey. Acceptance is the end, or MGTOW. After reading your post, it reminded of that fact that personality is not static, it's fluid. Who cares who you were before, the only thing that matters is that you're making movements towards a better place. As lon…

Thanks for the insight! I don't really think LTR and marriage are compatible with TRP, at least it's core principles. I've never had a relationship last more than a few months or so, but I've never really had an issue with that. I'm guessing you've probably gone through some LTRs after your first, what's your take?

Hahaha so bleak! Well, there is the adage 'the juice isn't worth the squeeze'. Yeah, that makes sense. Time is always better spent spending time pursuing new pussy, rather than trying to rekindle an old flame. It seems you're focused on your purpose, that's definitely a major key. A break may be a good idea.

Haha well, thank you for such a flattering profiling - not sure how you got all that from a few sentences but thanks! I think we all like the challenge to some extent, but too available pussy feels too easy - but we all love a slut. I think you're right to some degree, it's difficult to move on from the old metrics I used to measure my life against. Clearly more time needs to be spent on prize and mental point of origin. You kinda outlined a few types of women, hard to get, humble and friendly e…

It's good to know I'm not the only one, I felt like I was leaving pussy on the table. I suppose it's still part of my BP scarcity mentality; the cognitive dissonance between prize and scarcity mentality. That's true, how do you reconcile that with RT iron rule number something?: If you haven't fucked by the third date move on -- no an exact quote but pretty close.

DO NOT GO ON TRP AT WORK. Cost me a pretty mediocre job, good thing I had an exit plan. If it's like 90% of the corporate office jobs out there - it's a lot like high school/college. Dominance structures are key, pay attention to them. You, and your colleagues, will probably spend the greater proportion of your day not working. Make sure it looks like you are and that you cover your arse. Make good first impressions, make small talk with Janice in orders, Steve in the warehouse - these relations…

Do not dedicate where you masticate - unless you plan on getting out of there real quick, or it has no impact on your future career. Even if that's all good, beware HR and the potential for allegations down the line.

I think of rule one in terms of emotional investment. Whoever is more emotionally invested in the relationship takes the less dominant position, along with the ideas of enlightened self-interest and outcome independence; you, and no other, should be your mental point of origin. The whole idgafos attitude must be internalised, otherwise it comes off as disingenuous. You must truly be apathetic, truly outcome independent. If any of these principles are violated, frame is undoubtedly lost.

Women have girlfriends and boyfriends - if you're not fucking her, you're a girlfriend. - Rolo Tomassi

You must be willing to let go of what you have, to be able to get what you want. Seems like you're pretty emotionally invested in this, remember - the person who needs the other the most is the one with the least power in the relationship. By keeping invested, you will sacrifice your frame and step into hers. Be strong brother. Change, of any sort, if difficult, but necessary none the less

Hard or Soft next, depending on the situation. No woman is worth giving up your frame for, or you selfworth.

They want your attention; wanting to keep you around as an orbiter. Do not fall prey to emotional vampires, do not fall into orbit. Do not feel bad about being selective with your time and emotional energy, both are finite resources.

When your body is sleep deprived it's the equivalent of consuming a few units of alcohol, plus your body releases more serotonin and dopamine to combat the sleepiness - it knows it needs to do something to combat the sleep deprivation. I honestly used to be the same. I felt absolutely incredible when I regularly had around 4hrs of sleep /day. I think back and can't tell if that's how I actually felt or it was just a matter of being so sleep deprived I couldn't really tell how I was feeling. I wo…

I've been over the theory, but not really in-depth - more of a skim rather than an actually sit down and read. I think I came to that conclusion a little while ago, maybe a few years ago. This is the first girl I've considered LTR material, that's why it stings a little. Any shifts in mentality that you would suggest to deal with this issue?

Thank you for the advice, it is very helpful. I did approach her, but admittedly in a rather beta way. I've made some recent changes in my behaviour and atitude, and noted a few changes in her behaviour and responses to that. But that may just be me trying to be hopeful. I've definitely removed myself from her list of orbiters but, to carry on with the reference, the gravitational pull is still strong. I can't really avoid this woman, seeing as I work with her, and although I've been flirting wi…

Firstly - I'm relatively new to TRP but have always been a student of the stoic principles. They seem to be some major facets of TRP philosophy. I've been lifting for the last 5 weeks or so, gains are slow and the process is long but all worthwhile endeavours are hard. After cutting of my dependency on substances I've found myself becoming more outgoing and social, definitely helps with approaching. The hardest part is that I work with this woman, literally sit right next to her in my office - i…

You must keep your frame strong. Self improvement is not a single battle, but a continuous war with yourself and mediocrity. Take some time, think about some aspects of you life where you feel lacking, and take steps to further yourself. I've seen a lot of posts here where someone has shared their mental conditions with the LTP, and in lack as a better term, had it thrown back in their face. It fucking sucks. Don't let that get to you. We all have our issues, some more than others, but that too …
