1	Does being a man affect your work or workplace? I work with a team of almost 80% women, some on the older side. It doesn't affect my work or my behaviour but it does mean i sometimes have to tolerate sexist comments, mainly and almost exclusively from the older women there. I however disagree with you in that misandry is embedded in feminism, in the sense that feminism as an ideological movement never aims to put men below women but rather put women next to men. 1	Feminism could be the saviour of men. Hi! Thanks for the input! That's an interesting thing I've noticed myself too. Even though I live in germany that point is probably pretty similar wherever you live too. I think a lot of policies are in place to "protect" or "help" women. My take though is that we don't live in policies but rather in a society and socially men and women are not equal, you might even agree on that. If I understand correctly what you mean with the equity and equality statement, you're saying feminism asks the system for "compensations" "benefits" or whatever you call it, and when these are in place then they claim equality while still reaping those "benefits". 1	Feminism could be the saviour of men. Hi I wrote a whole text but it deleted so I'm writing again maybe a bit summarized. First of all thanks for the input! And sorry if you yourself had to deal with the so called "feminists" you described towards the end. I would rather call that misandry. I myself believe in a feminism that calls for the abolishment of society-imposed gender roles, that's the one I got to know growing up and the one I think could help men a whole lot.
