Cause most of the time, when girls bring up an issue about them, some guys just "buT wHaT aBoUt, MeNs iSsuE". And thats really bad. Its like comparing who has it harder. Both sides have these type of people, but since women are more vocal about their problems compared to men who bottle it up, they get replies more to these kinds of people thats why its more noticable. Can we just try to understand each side? Stop the animosity and solve the problems together?

No ones stopping them from applying to be a laborer. Majority of laborers are male, so the sign makes sense. And whats wrong with an all male laborers? Men are physically stronger. Majority of social and medical workers are female, teachers, nurses etc. You dont see any man getting mad saying "we need more male teachers" we just accept the fact that, men and women have some traits better suited for a particular job.
