Although, in the eyes of the law, lack of evidence is pretty much lack of crime, the real world is different. You see it everywhere from simple traffic accidents to sexual assault, making it much harder to prove. Link in comments. I remember this from a few years ago. Just googled to check what eventually became of her - turns out she actually completed her medical degree and set up a practice. I guess she was allowed to complete her studies after the board finished an internal investigation. But, I also found this change.org petition that was evidently set up to reinstate her. If a guy refuses to take her shit, he gets called out for being inconsiderate, happy to have dodged a bullet.
