I feel you. There's nothing worst than a 6 that thinks she's a 10.

Trust your gut. Never settle for someone who doesn't respect you.

Smell good is subjective. Even if a thousand people say Armani is good for them, it doesn't mean it will suit your taste. I say this to you because I blind bought a lot of perfumes based on others opinions and became disappointed. The moment I started buying samples I found out what worked for me and could buy without worries. Just a friendly advice man.

It's good to wear. Not only women but people in general perceive you more. One thing though, don't buy one based on what others think, if possible, buy lots of small samples and try it out, see how it feels in your skin.

all things considered, that would definitely work lmao

Yes, you are not alone. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minute…

Yeah man, I'm eager to start martial arts again... I'm in the process of moving, I'll absolutely go look for classes in the next months. I believe the mental benefits you receive from training experience are a great way of improving personality/frame etc..

Yeah, I'm definitely bigger than this guy. However, I really doubt if I come up to his face and call him a pussy things won't escalate... It's hard to swallow my pride but I'll probably let this go. I think I'll only make a move if he confronts me.

Nice video man, appreciate the input. I don't follow much UFC as I did in the past but you can see that this GSP dude is a good person.

Fuck, you pointed my problem. In terms of size I'm ok. However, in terms of fighting experience I'm way behind. It's been months I'm studying joining a muay thai gym. I guess it's about time. Thanks man

I can't say I don't regret not fighting back but at the same time: What if the guy was packed? Was it worth risking my life for that? Still, there a lot of scenarios to be discussed...

That's not a reasonable comparison. Also, the average boxer will always kick the shit out of the gym rat, no matter how big he is.

well dude here we go: this woman is always talking loudly to her personal trainer, laughing, doing nothing but texting, she can't keep her mouth shut. one of these days I was there and kind of heard some shit she was saying about her being married to an inmate, but he was in jail right now bla bla.. shit like that.. just imagine godamn twats

bad idea mate you are going to a gym to get buff, not to impress women or game them, remember this. also, why the hell are you paying for a personal trainer? IMO you can get sufficient fitness knowledge on forums/youtube... Most of these fuckers have crappy routines with ridiculous exercises that stop you from developing, again this is my opinion. don't waste your time and energy on this one, believe me you'll regret it later edit formatting

Quality advice here. I used to be a smoker as well and it definitely had impacts on my sexual and fitness performances. I had weak morning woods, couldn't squat without feeling I was about to die after every set, had terrible stamina, teeth looked bad.. you name it. Try quitting it, that's my two cents. It is though but you will get and feel better afterwards.

That's a long time fighting, I'm sure you have learned a lot during all these years. I feel that knowing you can handle yourself in a fight is one of the most satisfying feelings one can have. This really motivates me to find a gym offering mma/thai, unfortunately there aren't any good where I'm living but as soon as I move I'll definitely look for one. In Thailand muay-thai is a pretty popular sport right? How was your experience back there?
/r/askTRP22/02/18 11:30 AM

Well explained, thanks. All in all no doubt that bjj or mma is way better

That's great to hear. I'm looking forward to getting started soon. The mental benefits one can get practicing these sports are surprising.

Personally I think it is a great experience for those interested. I've done it for about 2 months but I couldn't adapt to the lifestyle. Dealing with work+school+stress I couldn't manage to concentrate much with hunger. In the end, I binged and fucked some months dieting. Anyway, that was a year ago maybe I'll try this year again after I finish my bulk.

I can relate to you on this point. I also have coworkers and bosses like this. Funny thing when I started looking more buff most of my male coworkers started saying I was using roids and shit. Pure jealousy and low self-esteem dudes who just eat and drink crap. Not to mention the attention of females... Keep lifting and improving yourself, I wish the best for you.

NoFap it's not magic. There is nothing wrong with healthy masturbastion (say every 1/2 weeks). The whole problem is porn. It fucks up your mind, your dopamine receptors, mood etc. If you are 30 years old and are struggling with this kind of addiction I think it is time for you to start considering healthy alternatives man.

Are these people really significant for you? Are they contributing for your life? Are you even friends with them or you just stand them for being your roomates? Listen man, my advice for you is something my father always told me to have. Respect and be respected, don't let people put you down like that. Stand up for yourself, no need to start brawling everyone but let people joke and fool you around is not a fun either. I'd suggest to think carefully what are your benefits living with these peop…
