As long as the body fat is low you're already a 10 in body shape. Guys who only do jogging or football or swimming and they don't even do it more than a couple of times a week, and exclusively for fun, not for physique. They just like kicking a ball, they don't care at all about "body goals". You think these guys just fuck around with mild activities. The truth is they are at the gym 6 hours+ a week to look like that.

I even meet girls who say shit like "you can't be that short, so-and-so was 6' and you're taller than him" I'm 6'3" ( a proper, barefoot, non exaggerating one). And plenty of times a girl has asked how tall I am only to say 'nah, no way, u have to be at least 6'6" my boyfriend is 6(1-3) and you are way bigger than him!" One time a girl got her self proclaimed 6'4" boyfriend to stand back-to-back with me and he was 6', maybe 6'1" at most.

It's about the cultural assumption of agency. The default belief is men do things, women have things done to them.

r/mgtow is literally aesop's fox and grapes story. Except it's incels and women. It's about protecting their ego from their own socialisation failure, not going their own way. Men who do go their own way are much more likely to be active on hobby/interest subs rather than needing to bitch about women non-stop.

This is how I feel. I have no strong opinions on using/abstaining from porn. But 'coomer' as it is used on reddit is a bizarre example of everybody is the hero in their own story. Those that use it routinely to put others down are losers without much going for them, so they move the goalposts of 'winner' away from established measures to 'doesnt jerk off'. And therefore they are winners, others are losers. Makes sense in their own echochamber, but they are weirdos

The part I disagree on is east Asian cities really are safer, and feel a lot safer. They have absolutely zero tolerance for anti-social behaviour. Western countries just accept homeless schizophrenics shooting up meth and harassing passers by on the street as normal

My own anecdotal experience disagrees with you. I've been both sides of the fence. I gave up a high travel/hours/stress job that paid 200k when I had my kid (14 months now) to split parenting duties 50/50 (im doing a phd now, so I set my own hours). Looking after a home and child is orders of magnitude less demanding and stressful than an intense career. This is the easiest time of my adult life. Just speculating since I don't agree with the term 'used up' (although I would never personally consider a promiscuous woman for other reasons) Maybe the novelty of most romantic endeavours has passed and gone. So romantic love has been replaced with utilitarian relationships (which many men resent)

GreenSatyr's reply says you encounter situations like this because of the person you are. Your reply partially acknowledges this but deflects away from your own behavoir claiming this is the way young women are. Young women are not like this at all. The part I strongly disagree with is that conservative women are so because their family or religion. People on the left love to be so publicly. Any conservative with nuance keeps most their opinions to themselves. Most young conservatives are invisible conservatives but their views are organic. I'm slightly conservative/centre. I've been surprised a few times by how non-political women will come out with views wayyyy further right than mine once they realise I am not left

Not sure ego is the right term, since I find women in general have lower self esteem. But I do see an increased sensitivity to criticism. They're just not as exposed to confrontational and explicit criticism like men are, so they don't become as numb to it. People act nice to women then talk shit about them behind their back EDIT: slightly related anecdote. I used to be a manager in commercial construction. My kid is nearly 1. so I can't comment on if we're good parents. But I have a few thoughts. The first few years kids build the foundation of their future personality. And it's the time you have full influence over their experiences. So giving them a stable, happy home will instil your family values for the times when they need to make their own choices. Giving strong values is the best thing a parent can give to a child Also, they grow fast. I know everybody says this, but in a year an adult bar…

Partially agree. I'm 33 next week. I'm better looking, fitter, better dressed, more cultured, richer, more accomplished, more confident than myself in my early 20s. Yet, if I was single I doubt I could keep up with my inferior younger self on the market. Being young, being an unknown, a work in progress is more fun, more interesting and more romantic. this is a strawman question created in poor faith. I have a daughter, I am happy for her to grow up and make her own choices. It's possible she can be happy or miserable in a tradcon marriage. it's also possible she can be happy or miserable with career success. The more likely outcome is, she, like all normal people will have relationships, a career, and will need to sacrifice both at various parts of her life to balance her needs with the needs of her family.

As a side note. What is described as calculated abuse on reddit is typically the other party just not having the mental tools to have their needs met in a relationship through effective communication. Theres very little calculation or intent, bad behavior is from poor self control

I don't really understand the pressure women are under. And I would say, generally there's not that much pressure as a man. But if you do make an effort to look good, women do not have the slightest clue what goes into it. You can work out HARD, and do it religiously for years, force feed yourself daily as if you have an eating disorder, and avoid all kinds of foods. But there's an assumption you got that fit from occasionally kicking a soccer ball in the park or something.

Before having kids you have all these aspirations for your future kids potential. Then you go into your mid pregnancy scans and they start carefully counting how many limbs, fingers, eyeballs etc she has and looking for any signs of stress or disability. My theory is men suffer from it more because it seems like (IME) a lot of them don’t lean on their friends and female family members the way many women tend to lean on ours. That you wrote this line proves to me that you don't understand. But if you need to insist that you totally do understand the male experience and I just don't get how you know exactly what we feel. then sure, you must be right, because you said so.

The single child policy has been the biggest driver of women's rights in Asia in recent history. Families which would normally have many children but divert all resources to their first born son could no longer do this. So the generation of women from the 70s/80s onwards have their families resources pushed to them instead. China has quite high rates of female higher education and executive level employment compared with the rest of Asia. Abortions/infantcide happened in poorer/rural areas where…

askTRP has also been on a similar decline. From #1785 to #2489 in terms of reddit influence. Interestingly askTRP started to decline a year before TRP proper

I doubt it. The organized reddit influencers MO is to push simplistic things up the chain on all. Not write 1000 word monologues as TRP is known for. Furthermore looking at the data, TRP had a stable growth period from 2014-2017. It's only now its influence on reddit is in decline. Remember there was a few years where PUA was a massive trend. Then attrition got hold and it's not a thing anymore. I see TRP in early stages of the same decline

'love marriage' is still a bit of a novel concept in China. Most marriages are largely transactional and heavily determined by parents, economic agreement between families and social class. Passionate love wears off when novelty does. It's gradually replaced with a family type of love. You can still cultivate moments of passion. If she's genuinely going through something it's in both our long term interests to help her through it. If she's physically/emotionally removed herself from the marriage then we may as well legally remove ourselves from it also. The longer you spend with somebody, the relationship becomes both romantic and like family, so you stick by them. But being married isn't a free pass to make your partner's life miserable.

I agree. Equal rights are just part of being in a civilized society. Freedom to pursue whatever kind of partner we want is a basic freedom and separate from any political beliefs. Doesn't mean you have the right to the partner you want, it's on you to be attractive enough to get that relationship.

Lots of reasons I guess -Japan especially acknowledges and caters to 'herbivore men', losers, omegas etc in their entertainment industry -In some countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines they can leverage off their citizenship to increase their SMV -In some places Asian girls have 'white fever' -Across cultures it's harder to spot what a loser looks like. A few points -You never 'make it'. Life is a work in progress. So if you're waiting until you're ready you are likely to miss the best opportunities of your life -Settling young sacrifices your chance to be with different/many girls. But if you are a true romantic, it's also a great life to grow your life as a team with a girl from the ground up. Like many things, you can have the life you want; but you can't have all lives' different paths simultaneously.

This is not an accurate portrayal of most (or even many) men. It's also not what negging is, this is not how negging is taught to men who do want to learn it and it is not socially acceptable to mainstream society. It's also unreasonable for any normal man or woman to think insulting a girl is likely to lead to getting them into bed If you experience this with any kind of frequency then you are scraping the bottom of the barrel of men who have no social abilities or awareness at all.

Saw the video. He hit her in rage, not in self defense. Most jurisdictions consider 'reasonable force', just because somebody slaps you doesn't give you right to kill them in 'self defense'. So if this girl were to die he is looking at serious time. Both parties will regret acting like morons for the rest of their life. A stronger man could walk away confidently and go on enjoying his life. This guy is the textbook opposite of stoic

not sure why this was addressed as a question. It's more of an upset rant. You answered it yourself in your post. It's a shit test. A man will push for sex and how the girl responds will help him to form the view of what kind of girl she is.

You're thinking too much. The average relationships poster wouldn't know a redpiller if they were married to them. The majority of reddit thinks redpill is Fedora wearing woman hater (which is often true). If you follow constructive rp advice in real life people react positively, if you act as the disgruntled virgin stereotype reddit thinks trp is they wont

Despite all the replies to the contrary, your job is a problem. Low paid, blue collar work shows you are low social class. Some guys pull off the 'starving artist/musician' trope and get girls, but you are way too old for it. You might be thinking about tonight, but girls are already planning the rest of their life. Not having money is OK, but low social class is not You're also slightly short and overweight so unless you have killer looks you're not going to inspire lust in girls with options.

I didn't make any comment on the value of either movement, I just pointed out a pretty fundamental difference. One changes themselves, one lobbies society to change for them. A more accurate comparison would be MGTOW/MRAs and feminism since they have more expectations/lobby towards of society to change to fit their world view.

I wouldn't consider a LTR with a promiscuous girl, but I wouldn't ask her N-count then dump her on the spot. I'd stop advancing if her values or lifestyle weren't what I was looking for. Just a small detail I want to mention as a guy who works a high pressure job. If a girl asks what's wrong and the reply is frequently 'work stress', it's not work stress. It's a get out of jail card when you don't want to escalate the conversation or start an argument. Girls hear this reason, feel reassured it's not them or the relationship and believe you just need time to chill (and time alone is often the goal of the guy). He might even rationalize to himself that it's just work stress

Regardless of your hamster, women don't want to get divorced. Most marriages fail, but most people are inept at maintaining relationships. They're far more practical about relationships. If you have good social status and a well paying white collar job girls will like you. Relationships are highly transactional. The higher her social class, the greater her expectations, which is why just being western is good enough in poorer Asia but not in wealthy asia They act more traditional in a relationship, and take good care of you. But you are expected to be traditional also.

Because of economics? google welfare economics and understand it. More efficient use of resources creates a bigger GDP pie to eat from. Even if it is sliced disproportionately, the owners of capital want return on their money and do so by reinvesting into other companies which creates more demand for labor. The skills required from that labor will change, but the demand will rise. Also as cantletthatstand has said below, all historical evidence shows technological advancements create jobs. This …

There will be a stronger demand for service orientated jobs, which CANNOT be automated. For example personal trainers were almost non-existent 20 years ago, now they are common and will never be automated. Chefs have become far more prestigious during our lifetime and will never be automated. etc

I used to work as an automation engineer, and the sales pitch was always 'this robot can replace x amount of workers'. It was their job or mine. But it's not true to say automation is bad. It's bad if you rely on holding down a low skilled job which can be automated. But it creates more by using less resources. And thus increases the purchasing power of the overall population. This wealth doesn't just sit in a hole, if it is in a bank or whatever it is reinvested in stocks of other companies whi…

I agree with all your points, but I can offer a couple of counter points. Women are judged harsher for being single later in life than a man. It comes from a man having more options to define himself, where society will judge a woman's family as an extension of themselves. Secondly, although women and men can both make a living. For most people, doing so is a burden and not an advantage. Not many of us are working our dream job, we're tolerating it as a means to other things. A man is expected t…

I don't know much about RPW but I think it is misunderstood and incorrectly associated with TRP. As in, people assume they are women who date or want to date red pill guys. I don't think so, they are girls who want high betas or natural alphas / warm alphas They don't have the same goals. So he's saying the difference between mainstream self improvement and redpill is bitterness. Men who self improve and remain as positive influences and role models are by far better leaders, more 'alpha' and have a better world/life experience. In my own experience it matters a lot. You can sugar coat it by saying they care about the good career not the money, but in the end they mean the same thing. You're using male evaluation criteria to judge women. It doesn't work like that. 'doesn't lift like you'??? that's like a girl looking down on a 10/10 man because he 'doesn't have as good tits as me'

Then start small. Focus on getting out, dressing as if you did have something to do. Hold down a job you can manage and take pride in your work. It will generate confidence so the next step is less daunting

Well, I'm not really rp, I just empathize with the theory. In real life people would consider me a natural, but I see myself as a late bloomer. I was a bit of an invisable guy until my early 20s. I built confidence through achievements and it snowballed. I started by getting a good job (engineer) which gave me money which I used to travel and take up hobbies which made me more confident and interesting which lead to me coming out of my shell and future successes. Simple goals grow into bigger th…

there are a lot of serious geeks over there. And a lot of users that talk a big game they obviously can't back up, but it's the internet so.... i dunno... who cares? Take all field reports or bragging with a grain of salt unless proven otherwise. People either state, exaggerate or lie about themselves and their achievements to try to make their argument more credible. It might be true, maybe not. You can learn something about about a girl by the quality of a woman's previous partners. But it's nothing about if they were black or not. You're insecure about your package, you can overcome your own shortcoming

Everything we do is a cost/benefit calculation. Sometimes consciously, sometimes not. It's a life skill to get it right and balance risk and reward. But without doubt most people are too risk adverse and conservative in their actions. Remember sometimes there is risk in not taking any risk. The risk is often complacency.

Women seek to date up in material success as that study shows. Nothing controversial there. But they are not as opportunistic as trp portrays them. Additionally everything we do is a cost/benefit analysis. how secure is the branch swing? Is the grass truely greener? How will this impact me logistically (marriage, living arrangements), how will it impact me socially? People also consider (even overvalue) sunk cost such as the length of the relationship they are in. Women are more risk adverse tha…

heh. I admit, I'd be fascinated by a 'this is what the red pill looks like' trend. But I'd expect it to be the same as feminism a mix of attractive and unattractive. The 'this is feminism' pics showed there's a few attractive ones like you posted, but also the exact ones you'd expect to be feminists; obese chicks with died blue hair and Betty Boop tattoos.

I spent a while working in robotics, we made automated solutions for agriculture and manufacturing industry. This is stupid, you've clearly had very little experience with women. Women are extremely territorial. They never want you spending time with other girls, guys get away with it because the girl's perception is your smv is far superior to hers and thinks they won't do better (ie aversion to becoming an alpha widow) You can have a ltr without oneitus or cheating. You just have to set boundaries on your expectations of her and project you are confident and willing to turn your back if they mess up.

It happens in any echo chamber that avoids challenge from outside views. Hell, it's not only outside views that aren't welcome. Any views at all that don't fit the narrative aren't. Doesn't help the most extreme and ridiculous posts normally come from endorsed members. And they are pushing for a culture of seniority over content and intellect. https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/3k8uxw/roles_respect_and_responsibility_acceptance_as_an/

There are plenty of good women in Asia and Eastern Europe. And western guys who are losers in their home countries do get a boost in their value abroad. But guys who are naive and think these girls are ideal are idiots and will get hurt. Things that are too good to be true are. If you are so utilitarian in 'reaching a goal'. You might need to consider what the goal actually is. Every decision you make is your brain performing a cost-benefit analysis. You might get stronger on roids. But they have their own cost. Even something as simple as the self esteem from doing something the hard way might be reason enough to sacrifice some strength. And that too can be strategic. It's not the most strategic way to get huge. But what if that isn't the only goal you measure yoursel…

Just want to correct you on materialism. Asian culture is status driven, goes back to Confucius principles and is still strong today. As in your post, for a long time she graded herself the same way she judges men. If you asked her what makes her a good partner she'd talk about her education and salary. She 'gets it' much more now that those things arent as important as she thought but still considers it unfair that she is judged superficially compared with men. Red pill theories by themselves are pretty accurate, or at least informative. But the amount of redpill users who understand and apply them correctly are outnumbered by those that dont. even worse nobody challenges them about it. Dont get me started on the wieners that convince themselves that becoming aware of sexual strategy automatically makes them an 'alpha' (another very poorly understood concept)

Women have some behavioral patterns that overlap with each other and other's that don't. The way I see the red pill use AWALT is an extreme form of confirmation bias. Woman does something bad? There's no point rationalizing it to argue it. It doesn't need to be rational or logical. The point is men are free to their own preferences. What women want them to prefer doesn't matter, what women think is logical/rational doesn't matter. Goes both ways. Guys don't get a say over if girls like tall/rich/athletic/whatever guys, it's not up to them, their opinion is worthless on the matter.

For a community OBSESSED with what is 'alpha' and what is 'beta', I'm not convinced they have a good grasp of what it actually is. Their definition of alpha is stuck in highschool tropes. Men who are/were true leaders of men, by large majority married and had children.

Could work if you are the legitimate 10/10. Otherwise you'll just price yourself out of the market Points 1, 2, 4, 5, 10 are creating hurdles for him to jump that other girls won't put a guy through. Guys who are attractive, have alternatives themselves and won't bother, only the less attractive men will jump through the hoops. I agree with points such as 6 and 8 though. It requires no investment from the guy and you can screen effectively.

Betas dont have any more career success now than they did 5000 years ago. Those with strong masculinity still assert themselves into leadership positions (management) and have significantly more career success than weaker men. If you dont have strong career trajectory you're probably not as alpha as you think.
