The fact is she chose to not report the incident and helped refuse medical help unless he agreed to not notify the police says she is an accessory.

Maybe in the past when every family was war man with house wife That has NEVER been the norm - even during the highest points of the draft. Women are actively kept from combat positions.

I guess that the whole "you can't get away with crying 'fire' in a crowded theater" thing has been disproven.

The only legal debtors prison. A podcast I listen to recently had a guy on that mentioned doing 24 months in prison for being late on child support due to being injured and unable to work (He's a pro wrestler) - he said that for 18 months he shared a cell with a guy that went in at the same time he did. The guy that did 18 month's crime? He was convicted of molesting a 2 year old.

You'll note many of those don't have a clue what the full story is.

It could be that they had no leg to stand on morally when her numerous racist tweets were being posted.

Again - it was just a little goof that many people in the motorcycle culture could get a chuckle at.

It was sarcasm. People affectionately call the Harley Dealership "The Hundred Dollar Store" because they always end up blowing $100 on some chrome accessory for walking through the door etc.

Well, that and if you own a motorcycle, odds are you don't have the money left to spend on the psych dr.

Out of context much? It's a headline leading to a study that find... duh duh DUHHHH... exactly what the headline says.

but what she's doing is much more impressive. It won't be impressive until she hits puberty - sorry, but she has a biological advantage to be stronger and more coordinated at this stage.

Both suck - the new one seems worse though, at least you could easily argue the problem exists with the old one, now it's just as bad but also ambiguous and arguably defensible.

No True Scotsman is only a fallacy when used incorrectly. Looks like duck, acts like a duck, etc. doesn't mean it isn't a duck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
