Youre right. I appreciate the realness. I did think I was starting to improve but really I have a lot more work to do, and have been going through it. Look man, no one will stop you from learning the hard way if that's the direction you wanna continue. You're not ready to date, nor are you angry and motivated enough to improve. Focus on you, your circumstances, and what you fucking want. Until then, or quit OYS, you have no value to MRP other than another cautionary tale for newbs. I know I'm no…

Heard. Planet fitness made the most sense for me before because i needed 24 hours and cheep, but now with this new job/schedule I can look into a better gym. I'll get that sorted out. I tried stronglifts in the past, I'll get back to it starting from bar like you suggest. You don't have confidence because you're undervaluing yourself. Women sniff that from a mile away. True, I definitely struggle here

Gotcha. I did have some success with women this week, had dates with two different women and slept with one of them, but I feel i might just be chasing validation here, and don't think those will turn into more, so I will keep approaching.

OYS 3 28, single, never married with no kids. 6’ 170lbs, 15-20% body fat BP- 50lb DB, Smith Squat - 90 lbs, OHP - 40lb DB read NMMNG, working on WISNIFG Mission - continue to level up financially and build a better life for myself. Fitness - Was doing really well staying active, but think I was pushing too hard on some lifts (even at these relatively low weights) and began feeling shoulder pain often. Took a little break, got my first professional massage and got back into it last night. Still f…

OYS 2 28, single, never married with no kids. 6’ 170lbs, 15-20% body fat BP- 50lb DB, Smith Squat - 70 lbs + bar, OHP - 40lb DB. 4x8 on all Finished reading NMMNG, started WISNIFG Mission Still working on getting my life/shit together, and leveling up. Fitness Got called out for having weak numbers last week. Hit the gym every day since, working on getting them up. I kept upping the weights and they kept moving so I will continue to increase my lifts. Felt close to stalling on my dumbbell bench …

Make a Dr appointment to assess your back and get a specialist referral for physio, rehab, chrio, surgery, or whatever. Meet with a trainer to develop a plan with modified movements around your injuries pending Dr assessment Unfortunately I can't afford the Dr right now, no health insurance and it isn't in my budget to pay out of pocket yet. But I will meet with a trainer at my gym to work on a new routine. Things have been better since I've started walking more and sitting less, so it might jus…

"Why did you get comfortable and complacent? Especially considering you're a long way away from having a life that's sounds like it could be comfortable." I think it stems from lack of a greater goal. I was living off of music, getting the pussy I wanted, smoking weed etc, life felt good enough. Thinking that if I kept putting time in at the studio eventually I'll level up and start making more money, but it never happened, and instead this is where I ended up. I think you hit the nail on the he…

Appreciate the advice/response. I don’t think my game is tight enough yet, and I also don’t think I should try to get her back. The more I think about it, it’s just a loneliness thing and mourning the loss. It has been very tough but I’m sure everyone feels the way I’m feeling after a breakup. I just gotta feel it for a few days and get over it

I’m not the most experienced here. But I just start having sex. When you build up the tension throughout the day with touching and kissing, you just start to escalate when the time is right. Just start making out, and then feel her up etc. just assume she’s always trying to fuck when you want to. If she doesn’t want to, she’ll stop you. Sometimes, depending on the mood, I’ll just look at her and say “I need to fuck you right now” (to get out this energy and because she’s looking sexy af). Not in…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
