2	How to accomplish any goal (or get good at anything) I am learning Spanish this way (on Duolingo and online): 1 fact and 3 steps: Fact: It takes 20 hours to learn a skill, 10,000 to master it (aka Olympian level). Step 1: Deconstruct the skill: Break down the parts and find the most important things to practice first. If musical instrument, learn chords and scales. If language, isolate key vocab and grammatical variations thereof. E.g. 2000 words may give you control of 80% of the lingo.
