How about we just see movies we like and not care about the leads' sex? IDGAF who is starring in it, just so happens the ones I do enjoy mostly have male leads. If this movie(Charlie's angels) doesn’t make money it reinforces a stereotype in Hollywood that men don’t go see women do action movies. Yeah that'll get men to come to your shite movie, guilt them into it. Couldn't be that the majority of female-led action movies are complete garbage, full of woke-ness and man-hating. Do these people ev…

Patience, in the second year once the bulk of the new apprentices have either left, or the productivity has tanked, or likely a combination of both, good chance it'll get blamed on some mysterious cabal of male higher-ups whom will shortly be replaced by only women. Let simmer for 3-5 years, notice company doing very poorly and missing contract deadlines and poor performance, enjoy the comeuppance. It happens over and over, the cycle will continue until the stupid learn.

No. Treating a subreddit as a home is not a wise option. It is a starting point, a place you build until you're comfortably disarmed or able to retreat. A home is where you put your head, this isn't a place to become complacent. This forum is more like a local newspaper with an active 'in the community' section.

Misunderstandings happen, I wasn't angry at you, I just found the argument to be a stretch and disconnected. Maybe I should not post replies while at the gym... As for your link, it's obviously happening on both sides, and my hyperbolic statement 'if anyone tried this' is also a stretch, as clearly it is happening to girls as well. I think the issue is the glorification and clear brainwashing has a weird tilt to it, for boys it is hyper-sexual, and for girls it seems to be less so if not at all.…

You ignored the context- a 5yr old boy is essentially being brainwashed to think he should be a girl and it's being praised. Big difference from a 16yr old. Not to mention the families pushing those young lads into drag and calling them being paraded around in gay bars as empowering. Your argument is shite

Because it's either: Girls are already the preferred model, or, if anyone tried this on girls they would lose their child in short order.

Listen mate, the wee kiddos don't care about gender up until about 7-8, they just want to play. After that, the girls don't want to do the 'boy' things and vice-versa. IDC (and I would bet most every also doesn't care) if all kids wore pants or whatever, I don't think boys will be down for dresses though. What I'm getting at is kids sort themselves into gendered groups - the girls play a whole lot of make-believe and the boys play rough games, the divide just gets wider as they age. I really don…

Wow, you went full retard going from the trans theories to global warming to fucking moon landing. Well done. Science says people can pretend to be the opposite sex by using drugs (that their bodies do not produce in enough quantity to actually support) and makeup (in the case from MtF) to masquerade as the opposite sex. No one denies that part. The issues I have are that children can be trans, in enough quantity, to warrant these ridiculous scientific claims thus requiring an overhaul of school…

How about we stop pandering to a tiny, almost non-existent minority of people by changing what science is in order to not hurt their fucking feelings. I don't give a shit about trans people, just like I don't give a shit about any other group. Pushing science denialism is wrong, full stop.

I think you're misunderstanding me. I'm saying the work completed by women was more suited to their biology - internal household stuff - examples being cheesemaking, bread making, cooking, laundry. It's time consuming to do any if these chores, but they're lighter weight to accomodate female biology. Just like bailing hay or digging pits is more aligned to male biology. We were all oppressed, men and women, by our biological traits. Thus is very apparent in the BBC farms series. Also, many cultu…

Hey I'm not disputing that women had to do hard work. The men did the harder work, though, so if we're comparing work done the women did the lighter stuff for less hours.
/r/MensRights03/07/18 03:15 PM
2

You know, people need to watch the BBC 'farms' series, it shows just how much work went into living. Both sexes had huge amounts of work, with the men doing the more dangerous stuff and the women the lighter but more household-y stuff.
/r/MensRights03/07/18 03:27 AM

That's some hard projection. I think of all the women I've dated, at least 50% got violent and/or verbally abusive with extreme attempts at belittlement. Rejection sucks for everyone, but reject a very attractive woman and watch the crazy entitlement expise its ugly self. I would say women have worse perception of personal space too, I've been groped and touched in ways that would have me instantly arrested.

Firstly, it wouldn't be random, and he attempted to have it dealt with via the justice system only to have it blocked several times. In this instance it would be the State that didn't uphold its own functions, thus I don't think he broke and moral or ethical bounds if he'd killed him.

We're going to see a lot more of this in the coming years - kids brainwashed into thinking they're trans regretting it in their mid-late teens, then coming out against the practice. Hopefully we see societal change once the horror stories come out, as unfortunate as they are.

I read TRP from time to time, as well as MGTOW and Mensrights. I think it's all different parts of the same picture, including PUA's. TRP seems to focus on why you're inadequate and how to better yourself to align more closely to things females want, and how it can be disadvantageous to stray too far from the path. PUA's are much the same, but instead of bettering the entire package, they focus on exaggerated male strengths while exploiting female weaknesses. MGTOW is much like TRP, except it's …

Sounds like you need clean your room. If you're nihilistic and without moral structure, work on getting yourself together. I think we all - or most of us - hit the stage you're in in our early 20's. You'll not be the same person in ten years so don't count on it lasting, use the time you've got now to cultivate yourself, but just yourself.

Vastly more women in the workforce while men are still allowed to be discriminated against. Likely a 95% or greater amount of women working in government. 90% or greater women sitting boards, and if the current trend continues said women will sit on a lot of them. Men completely avoiding marriage. Males in higher education (and school in general) are few and far between. With male contraception starting to hit the market the amount of 'accidental' pregnancies will go down, likely making the sing…

To think gender and sex are anything but the same is to think for the hundreds of millions of years we've been evolving there has been a need for more than 2 sexes to propagate. To come to this notion one would also have to ignore sexual selection techniques, dominance hierarchies, physical attributes, and a plethora of other well-known and documented fields of study. It's a day off, women buy the men flowers and gifts, and the men get a bit drunk and sing war songs. Similar for women's day, day off and gifts given by the men, everyone has flowers, the ladies go out with their friends. Steroids arent allowed in any major sport, this shouldnt change just because a person is 'transitioning'. "Oh, you are trying to become/emulate being male? Well, you now get to compete against them. Its funny, there is a guy at my wifes work who is the epitome of stoicism. The girls have this sort of fatherly reverence for him. He is praised for it, as well as feared. I take his position is one of necessity - he has seen some serious shit. The old gals understand this, the young have no idea and dismiss it as his over-masculinity or lack of emotion. The Duluth model only pays attention to the latter - hes an emotionless man - and woudn't hesitate to condemn him for it. Im a stoic dude, I ha…

Flipping the narrative doesn't work usually, they have the Women Are Wonderful effect which doesn't translate over. I have noticed some, minor traction being made, with every major publication putting out hit pieces there will be a few dissenters. The comments are telling too, with more support each time. I would take the pill as well. The difference here is having sterilization surgery to keep you safe vs the myriad of other options women do. Be aware about the reversibility of vasectomies, you have a 90% success rate after 1 year, which goes down significantly as years progress, and it's worse for some procedure types.

I usually start with "Can you explain how I have privilege?" This will get whomever is doing the accusing into starting on a topic, or the "Look around you, it's everywhere". Either one can be handled with simple statistical points like "Oh, like how males are doing significantly worse in school" etc. The only points they can make would be fear of going out after dark (despite contrary evidence) or top positions in government or CEO's, all of which can be defeated with a return question of "Do w…

It's goes beyond that even. It's now politically positive to pander to women by demonizing men, spouting debunked nonsense like wage gap and 1in5, it all gives virtue signal points thus votes. It's big business as well, how else would HuffPo/Buzzfeed/etc keep themselves afloat without resorting to emotional flotsam. Men's issues don't get votes or headlines, so no one with influence cares.

Because men are systematically given less support, less empathy, less funding. Because the Male of society is looked down upon, he isn't worth much, he is to be treated poorly, reviled. His hobbies are to be shamed, his male-only support groups banned, his male-bonding time ridiculed. He is told he needs to pay for everything, to 'man up', to be the beast of burden for women. Absolutely, there is almost no instance (other than threats or mob incitement) where policing people's speech is right. Cat-calling is absolutely not one of them.
/r/MensRights29/07/16 10:08 AM

So, policing speech is the direction you're going with this. Speaking to someone, even if the person finds it offensive, should never be a crime, nor finable. Some women get catcalled, some men get catcalled, who cares. If someone gets their jimmies ruffled from some random goof, that's on them.

In the West, women have greater rights and privileges than men, thus why most on this sub focus on that. Globally it is a different matter, it requires governments to act, to pressure the countries with discriminatory laws to change said laws. Example of Saudi, they have a terrible human rights record, but no one cares on the international scale (just look at the recent UN removal of SA after only a week), nothing gets done because it's not in the politicians best interest to do so. Manual labour jobs may be the first to be automated, but don't for a second think it won't expand into service. The notion people will be moved to an upgrade or repair position is ridiculous, as for the fifty people originally doing the work would be replaced by maybe three to maintain such machines. Men have issues showing emotion - to women. To other men, especially in a mutual respect scenario, men can and do show how they're feeling. The problem we face when opening up to women is we're judged, and while judgement isn't itself a bad thing, we're judged as being lesser men. To deviate from being stoic and steadfast in front of a woman lowers your perceived status subconsciously. A male in a group of males can say how he's feeling and it's understood in the explanations simplest form, no n…
