In common speech these may be called averages. Rigorously they are not. Formally, they are known as measures of central tendency. Averages formally in statistics are exclusively different kinds of means (arithmetic, geometric, harmonic, winsorized, cubic, etc.) and unless specified otherwise you should assume specifically the arithmetic mean is meant.

Wealth doesn’t follow that because the economic systems we have chosen actively redistribute wealth upwards to the wealthy. We would have to introduce a sudden pressure to destabilize a natural distribution like height or weight and over time a new normal distribution would stabilize. The fact that a normal distribution doesn’t exist for some naturally existing variable implies a pressure is being exerted or has been recently exerted.

Yes. It’s the Gaussian distribution.

You’re confusing are average with measures of central tendency. The three things you described are all measures of central tendency. Average is almost exclusively understood to be the arithmetic mean and should be assumed to be such unless otherwise specified.

It’s both. Height follows a more or less normal curve.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
