3	What's frame control? What is it not? Its not being stubborn. An adaptable frame, constantly reforming, like a liquid lifeform to an unknown idea, imo is a good frame. 1	Is there something like " We Are Not Made For Something " ? I think its true. I never liked maths, and no amount of framing (its just a skill thing or yada yada) will convince me because... get this, i prefer the other thing. The other thing is my disposition towards it. 2	Are you satisfied with the progress you've made so far? Yeah, 1 year after horrible breakup, post trp indoctrination and doing relatively well. Lost 50lbs, quit drinking, eat clean, gunning for a profesional cert that i need when rona is over. Im not drowning in poon but i know its there and will come when i want. Its not my priority at the moment and there is peace in that. All in all it feels like i came out from that dark spot wiser, though there is still much, much more to learn.
