Man these are some weird answers that are way off the mark. I haven't explicitly shown interest in her. I don't hang out with her or anything, and when we're at these parties, I don't actively try to talk to her. you give off a vibe that you don't give a fuck what she thinks. You think of yourself as having low SMV, but she just sees a guy that's not chasing her and she's wondering why. Every other dude is probably *trying* to get with her, you tell her to fuck off out of your seat. That's how i…

How much do you make (or could you make) with your current skillset that doesn't require your looks? My only points are: 1) it's a short-term job that you honestly will not make that much money on. It sounds like a lot, but you're only looking at 5-10 years max. That time could be spent learning a skill and building a business that allows you to retire in 10 years (2K/weekend will not). And, 2) like another comment said, it's not actually going to skyrocket your confidence because the clientele'…

They actually just ran out of agreement. Had they had more agreement, they would have continued agreeing with it more (possibly until they could not agree with it anymore, in which case you can start this comment from the top). It’s confusing, though, I could not agree anymore with that.

Do you want someone to talk to or do you want someone to fuck? You're talking too much and taking on too much of that responsibility. Plain and simple. Learn to ask more questions and keep her talking. They want to talk about themselves, not you. When you hit on something she's interested in, ask her more about it. Make some jokes. The conversation probably won't be that great from your perspective, but who cares. If you're looking for conversation, get more guy friends or keep talking to girls …

You may need a degree to hired at a top 5, but you don't need a degree to make money programming. It's the one skill I would recommend almost everyone in any profession know a little bit of. It's like being bilingual; just by knowing it you're increasing your value to any potential employer, degree or not. Programming is my primary skill. I don't have a degree and I started a business. Programming is just a tool (for me), it's not a lifelong dream or goal - but it can, quite literally, make you …

No prob, good observation. I think that’s a really good starting point. For me, the key is to get face to face ASAP. A girl can get compliments or you too’s from any ‘ol Joe Schmo, but real attraction is built in person. It doesn’t mean you have to be an asshole or anything, but love when you go straight for what you want: a date. You’ll do fine, obviously you’re self aware enough to know what you need to do for yourself. Good luck dude.

A lot of girls will call me a “sweetheart” or “the sweetest” or whatever and leave me on read the very next message before I can set something up (not talking about tinder) I'm assuming you're giving them some sort of compliments or comforting them in some way, and that's why they call you "sweetheart". Instead, set up the date first. Keep the texts specifically related to setting up a date. You should do nothing before that. Once you've gone on a date, you can text a little more. This one's eas…

Since OP probably won't cheat, my advice would be to do just about everything else short of physical contact. Flirt with women, get some numbers, build sexual attraction. You don't have to actually call them and fuck them. Showing yourself that you can get women at any time will improve your abundance mentality. Your n-count will stay the same, but you'll remember that your n-count is 1 because that's where *you* decided to stop; and if *you* decided to you could make it 2 at any time.

Blocking is only signalling if you're doing it to elicit a response. Right? If you block so that you can clear your mind and not have crazy bitches DM'ing you then by all means block away my friend. The kicker is that you can't ever unblock. As soon as you unblock, then you're signalling. I prefer a soft-next/ignore, but do what works for you.

I've heard with dentists the big reason is that their job essentially includes creating pain for their patients; pulling teeth, surgeries, people hate going in there, stuff like that. Wears you down after a while I guess. No idea if that's actually why, but I always heard that when I was younger from my friend's dad (dentist who ironically did not kill himself yet)

Any guy who is wondering how it can help/hurt their game, if they should be on it, what they should post to look good, etc, are already coming from from the wrong point of view. Do whatever the hell you want, don't use it as a crutch to meeting people, and don't make it a major part of your life - plain and simple imo. I deleted all SM when I was 22, and reactivated 7 years later (this January). Both were good decisions at the time, but not once was it done to try and look better in the eyes of …

Great answer. It's very easy to dress better than 90% of all other guys (and it's not by wearing a suit everywhere; dress to the occasion). My 3 golden rules: Learn to buy clothes that fit Wear solid, neutral colors with minimal patterns (don't look like a highlighter or a farmer) Brown > black (black is for funerals or tuxedos, brown with everything else) I strongly believe that the structure of your face (inherit attractiveness) is FAR less important if you can do number 1 correctly. Still, though. I mean it really depends on what the text is. Even I'll take a couple hours to respond, especially if it's something non-consequential like "Good morning" or "How was your day". And honestly, I don't blame girls for doing that either, shit is boring. I'll give you a call that night, though. I don't completely agree. You can't control a woman's feelings, but you can heavily influence those feelings. Keeping in mind a woman's feelings is not losing frame because it doesn't mean that you're necessarily catering to those feelings. It means that you're judging the situation and acting on your observations in such a way that you will get what you want out of the investment: sex. This is why, for example, if you come to the conclusion that influencing a woman's feelings is too much work f…

What everyone else said: do not reply to that one, she just wants attention. If you still want to fuck her you can wait about 1 week to text her. Don't acknowledge any of her previous texts, just say: "Meet me at <place> on <day> at <time> for drinks." I had a similar situation recently. Stop talking to her over text and try to set up a date after a week. If she doesn't reply, she will not be there, and you hard next at that point.

Get good at asking follow-up questions and they will talk forever. However: you also have to get good at changing the topic (with more questions, usually). A girl will talk forever, but she will also get bored with what she's saying and start thinking that you're boring for listening to it. I like to change the topic abruptly if they've been talking for a few minutes.

Can you talk about the transition from step 1 to 2 if you don’t have a lot of experience with game. You gain experience through a series of trial and error and by using the scientific method. No one is good at game before they're good at game. Actually, the only way to get better at anything is to do it knowing that you will fail, and when you do, being brutally and objectively honest with yourself about what happened and where you need to improve. Then you try again, focusing on fixing one thin…

These are all things I'm trying to get better at. - Do you start with a lot of this on the first 1-2 times with a girl, or do you build up after seeing her a few times? - How much verbal instruction are you giving for things like the vibrators? My biggest problem right now, I think, is that the first time I'm with a girl it's too vanilla. It makes it hard to escalate the freaky in subsequent meetings. I need to read Sex God Method, I know. I'm on it.

I love making eye contact with women in the wild. My fear crops up when I start thinking about approaching. That sucks. Journaling helps. Lifting helps. Eating well helps. SMV helps. Abundance helps. Having friends helps. The root of the problem stems from the same things we talk about constantly here. Work on yourself and practice. Then, when you think you got it, work on yourself and practice some more.

It’s awesome tbh. 7 million people in the greater Houston area, 3 million of that in the city itself. Plenty room to make mistakes and there’s always events, bars, etc happening. I don’t have experience anywhere else though.

No problem. I'm passionate about what you're talking about. Most people in your life will not understand it, that's ok, it gets better. I did not graduate. I went to a uni for 2 years and then "took a break" (got into trouble). I know how much further I could be today if I realized this back then, but it's OK, your history makes you who you are. Hey man, if I could give any advice to my 20 year old self it would be to do exactly what you're doing. Time -- YOUR time -- is the most important thing in life. Do everything you can do gain freedom and own your time. I'm 29 now. I started my business when I was 24. I spent those 5 years without much pussy, but I was motivated and I knew what I wanted. For more, research some books on transactional analysis in psychology. A popular one here is Games People Play. Another good one is Born to Win. Sizing up who you're talking being a subconscious act for most people is very true. But like a lot of things in psychology (which is why it's a cool field), once you understand it you can use the dynamics to your advantage a lot more than most people.

I agree with you and you're not wrong about Nietzsche, but when you put him in the same sentence as Nihilism it's important not to get some things confused. Nietzsche believed that there were no *objective* moral facts, intrinsic values, or truths. Objectively, things have no meaning. This is a type of nihilism (so again, you're not wrong). However, he encourages people to "find their own life worth living" and create their own meaning. He is not a nihilist in this sense - and IMO it's the most …

That doesn't mean you have to take any shit, but just tell the dude to get outta here before swinging at anyone. This is my thought too. Even if it is obsolete and costs time and money, it's still a really cool ideal, to perpetuate your genes. Evolutionarily it's like voting on the future; it's fine that not everyone wants to do it, its worth is subjective.

That’s not entirely true, and it’s absolutely possible to tell more about what a person is thinking that they themselves know they’re thinking. It’s a simple example but imo it’s all about framing the question right: “What was the most fun part of the trip?” would elicit more of a response about a particular experience, I feel. That’s what I try to do at least; when I can’t think of a good question, just reword a less interesting one.

You and your family are enablers (not knocking, it’s normal). Your family needs to set some requirements if he’s going to be allowed back in the house: he needs to go to a 30 day rehab, then he can move home, but will take regular drug tests. The most important part is that you and your family need to work on yourselves too. This is not only your brothers problem. Go to al-anon while he’s in rehab. I know, I know. But just go. After that, one strike and you have to kick him out. Will he die? Hop…

The single that has the biggest effect is to learn to buy clothes that fit your body. This has such a huge difference and most people don't know how to do it. Read /r/malefashionadvice for some tips. Here's a few other tips I picked up from that subreddit: Wear neutral colors (no neon, etc), and learn to match them. No graphic tee's. Just get a plain color. I don't have any social media presence besides Twitter, which I usually don't even mention. It's never been a mood killer, to be honest. If you liked Manson's writing, get his new book: The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck. I really enjoyed it, but it is less about women and more about working on yourself and your mindset. Yeah, I went and bought a vape one day - maybe 1.5 - 2 years ago - and haven't picked up a cigarette since. I still vape, but lowering nic levels to 0 makes it super easy to stop any time. Highly recommended. Cigs smell like ass, deteriorate your health, make your teeth yellow, and aren't attractive, no matter how many other people are smoking. Plus vapes taste good as shit. I get compliments from girls all the time after a kiss.

You have to ask yourself: why do you want to say no to her? Honestly, it sounds like you don't want to say no. So why not just let her copy the shit? Once you answer the question, to yourself, of why you want to say no to her, then you have your answer. Tell her the same thing. For example, I wouldn't want someone to copy my work because I spent a long time on it and I don't think it's fair that someone who didn't should get the same grade as me. I realize this is complete BS thread, but I wanted to leave a real answer. Read the book Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell. There's a great chapter on IQ and how it's only a small part in the equation of success. Past a 130 IQ, there are diminishing returns of a higher score. 127 is just fine. Instead, you should work on your creative intelligence and interpersonal skills. I use a light, playful neg as my default opener. Teasing her about something in her profile. It works very, very well because most guys are going to be complimenting her on her looks or trying to pull some weird shit. A light neg helps you stand out from the crowd. That said, I think a big part of dating apps is to have a decent picture.
