absolutely man, it's a fantastic sport filled with respect and humility. although Krav maga is a good discipline in itself it has no real competitive aspect (most people don't consider it a sport!) and that's the most important part for me. wanting to win is what pushes you to get better and it brings you closer to your team as you work hard together

haha i feel you man. one time i tried to shut myself in my room by sitting against the door, after a few minutes trying to push the door open i thought she gave up. nope. she backed up the full length of the landing, sprinted at the door and took it clean off it's hinges. her and the door came down on me folding me in half. pretty impressive for 60kg of 5ft nothing.

you have to be real with yourself and ask yourself which is more important? if your keen bodybuilder and just want an additional side hobby then go for it man. on the other hand you sound like your trying to gain size which will most definitely work against you, those bigger muscles will require more oxygen and you'll find you gas out pretty quickly. but by all means give it a go and see what works for you
