Meanwhile there's been a huge campaign to change the media's beauty standard for women and it worked, to the point where it almost seems reversed. Not that that standard ever really meant much. The conversation around women’s reproductive rights, must be led by the women fighting for them. Just as an aside, on abortions specifically the problem is that one side argues from the woman's rights, the other from the unborn child's. I feel ya. Attraction is fucking weird and beyond morality/reason. Men seem to be more predictable when it comes to that, but at least some women throw themselves at serial killers, brutal dictators, known wife-beaters and so on. It's funny, they say they have caused men (all men, apparently) pain "as women". But then the first example given is how men are seen as potential rapists of women and children.
