Actually. Its about 70% that are flat out refused to be prosecuted due to lack of evidence. Of the 30% that are prosecuted, less than 10% end in conviction. I think its so weird that european FM stations end in even numbers and north american FM stations end in odd numbers. EDIT: i remembered wrong. Its ALL us stations end in odd numbers cuz 200khz spacing. euro regulations allow for 100khz spacing so euro stations can be both even and odd. I apologize.
