Generally to get into tech business you’re going to need to come from a wealthier class to be able to afford the equipment to get into it when young, the money to go to a college for it, and be better educated. Those don’t lend well to being less liberal. Is that because they’re better educated? Because those areas are echo chambers for people who don’t actually deal with the problems they want to talk about? A mix? Something else?
