My major concern with mandatory paternity testing is that it would quickly devolve into the state keeping a record of every child's DNA, and the like. 1	/u/thegaminggoose responds to Anita Sarkeesian with research and production I tried, but I only could make it through about ten minutes of that. He really needs to edit it down to focus on the key points, talk slower, and enunciate. He clearly knows a lot, but he's trying to fit way too much in, and it's hindering, rather than enhancing his message. And no one should pay anything (or they should both pay the state!). But basically, legal, you are only protected as a 'sperm donor' if you go though a clinic. 2	Woman who reported false rape at UCSC sentenced to three years probation Well, from my reading of the article, I'm not sure if she actually accused anyone specific of the rape. I think there's a huge difference between a crazy bitch who just says "I was raped" for attention and one who targets someone specifically and says "He raped me" to destroy someones life. Of course, the former can turn into the later if it starts steamrolling, and she doesn't want to backdown to avoid embarrassment. If Felix leaves, could she be encouraged to step in to help take care of her granddaughter, and/or support Felix's claim? Also, does the GF do drugs or anything like that?
