Unless you or someone you know has tested the issue at your place of work, I'm not sure how you can say that you'd be "fired on the spot" for something like that. Reddit already has automated mechanisms to do what you are describing. I do not trust you to do it manually. I vote against this. You seem eager to prove yourself as a mod. If women know that they're going to get hit with felony charges as soon as they admit it wasn't rape, they just won't ever admit it, and prosecution of the man will continue.
