My partner and I got together when I was in my early 30s and he was in his mid 30s. He has a past and so do I. I think he would've been concerned if I'd had no dating/sexual experience up till the point I met him. To me, the key is really to not be discussing past sexual experiences with your current partner. I would definitely feel a way if my partner started telling me about his previous sexual experiences. To me, it's just common emotional intelligence.

He can do what he likes as long as it aligns with the vision he has for himself.

It doesn't get easier if they've never had a proper relationship before then. There are certain things you can only learn by being in a relationship. As with anything in life, experience is a great teacher. These men will be in their 40s going through things they should've learned in their 20s/30s.

Hmm I think you're giving women way too much credit here but I do agree that on the whole, we're much much better at building support systems outside of relationships. That is something that I think men should definitely adopt.

I think the issue is more about someone firing off a bunch of compliments without having met you or knowing anything about you. You know it's definitely not genuine.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
