The Age of consent in NJ is 16 and the boy in question was 16 at this time (not sure when this started). The Post calling it only sexual misconduct might be correct because of the teacher student relationship, if this was just two people it might not be anything criminal occuring. And it would take a lot of evidence for me to not believe my own children. If I find out she lied to me then all bets are off on how I would deal with something in the future. I do not blame the parents in this case (who do not obviously lie) because in most cases there is always evidence that can discredit a witness, it just matters how you view things. 6	Hostel charges sexism tax. Sexist women pissed. I see nothing wrong with this. Women only pay the extra fee if they want a women only area, but are welcome to pay the normal rate for the co-ed area. 6	Jordan P. explains why you shouldn't blindly believe women. Being weaker than men, gossip, innuendo and reputation destruction is their only recourse & agression outlet. I would say that Jordan is arguing around the mean on a distribution curve. While yes there are women that are physically stronger than men, these are the minority of women. 12	Dividing the Sexes: Misrepresentation of Domestic Violence Statistics in Australia would like to add to your comment that with the data in the article being about domestic homicides, I would say the real difference to indicate that Abuse is not Abuse is a slap in the face is not the same as homicide. 20	Dividing the Sexes: Misrepresentation of Domestic Violence Statistics in Australia Just wanted to point out that the data was for only domestic homicides, so Male on male would have to be for either son/father killings, or homicides between male same sex partners.
