2	strength gains no muscle gains? Gotcha. My training partner highschool was that height and we both were 120-130 lbs. Both of us finished the semester with a 155 bench. Your body should be able to handle the weight just fine, its just your technique that needs adjusting. Plenty of sources on YT for specific lifts, but check out Pavel Tsatsouline for some general power generation instruction. Years later I achieved a 245lbsx2 max bench while weighing 135lbs.
