My fat loss wasnt drastic tho. Upon arriving in Germany in summer 2018 I was around 100kg. In late 2019 I was 90ish. I just meant that my general activity there was much more, which in turn caused gradual fat loss, not a drastic one for short time. But yeah I was indeed feeling better emotionally like you said. I phrased it badly lol. What i meant to say was that the only stuff that I eat that is considered healthy are eggs salads and some meat stuff. But I dont eat many fruits except for apples and bananas, nor do I eat many veggies either. I pretty much grew up eating chocolates, spaghetti, burgers, pizza etc. Im a little fat right now, 2 metres tall and 111 kg, i was 90 kg just more than an year ago. Covid hit me hard :(

I am in the same spot. I dont look my best and need to cut it out with the pizza , but i have had some approaches and experiencez regardless. Gotta be ready for when I am at my best , for that cheeky 100% confidence. There will still be mistakes , but hopefully accompanied by some SUCCess haha.
