However our highest court jurisprudence states that calling an emergency line is enough to consider that a person helped. So technically, if you call emergency services and stand there waiting, you are kind of helping. Art. 8 of the Swiss Constitution clearly asserts equality between men and women in face of the law. Furthermore Swiss legal system applies the law ex officio, that is by default. 10	Liberal Bigotry Well I still believe it should be done. They are discriminating against people and refuse any alternative opinions even in a civilized discussion. That's bigotry in its basic form. So while the reputation of this sub might not be the best, it does not give them the right to dismiss people's opinions.
