European traits, like blonde hair, blue eyes or very pale skin, are recessive and thus they can stay in the gene pool for a very long time. You'll still see blonde blue eyed kids in places like the levant, Turkey or north africa even though the "white" people who used to live there were assimilated millennia ago.

A woman in her thirties with a face like a horse came into work today with a visible G string and her pants halfway down her butt. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen, and next time I'll report her for sexual harassment to my boss. Me and my coworker (muslim woman, God bless em) looked at each other disgusted and let out audible sighs of relief when her shift was over

I'm merely a medical student, but the truth stuff like this is hard as shit for us to handle. There are no other medical alternatives other than pain relief and antidepressants as (I assume) the doctors responsible for him have probably ruled out any other possible medical procedures. This is where a psychiatrist should step in, and give him the therapy he needs
