well we only know what OP has given us (i guess something to do with circumcision and abortion?) if i suspected the other side of arguing dishonesty then I’d call them out on it. but my answer depends on what they mean by integrity. because forced birth can leave somebody with their genitals permanently altered, but they’d still have all their parts. unlike with genital mutilation.
