The man's reputation is shot, you can't put a price on that. There's a special place in hell for a liar like this.

She's not looking for anything except excuses.

Spent 20 years with a fully diagnosed BPD. Identical behavior, right down the line.

Seems to me she thought she was going for gold: higher-paid spouse, ability to quit her job, bigger house. He decided that sounded like they were no longer going to be equals, and he was right.

In addition to these good ideas, I have cut all monthly subscriptions except one (YouTube premium so I don't have to see ads). I don't rent my cable modem, bought my own and save USD 14 a month. No new phone every two years, going on 6 years now. No debt except mortgage. Cook all my meals at home. Only purchase Ebooks or download free from Gutenberg Project. If I do buy something useful, something else is sold or thrown away. It all adds up.

Yep. She punched me in the face, broke my glasses, scratched me with her long nails all over, then told our son that I was hitting her. Right after that I moved out and armed myself.

Run, bike, walk, gym, maintaining my house. If I still have time there's ham or shortwave radio, guitar and drums, creative writing, online chess, and train watching.

This world would be a better place for ALL if everyone just did their job and minded their own business.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
