I went to bed at 2am last night after a workout in home gym and got up for work at 7.30am refreshed. I can't explain it but there's nothing like feeling healthy. I dont feel urged to post much on reddit but arnt these things beneficial to women as men will seek out meaningful relationships with people that have similaar interests and mindset etc because sex is easily obtained?
