Biggest tips I’ll give you that nobody told me: Don’t try to find the next million dollar idea. First, try to find someone that had a problem AND have money to pay for a solution. Second, solve that problem for them. Third, get referrals from that customer to others who can have similar problems. Rinse, repeat, profit.

The hardest part is getting your foot in the door with a customer to demo or swotch to your product.
