I see it this way: -- Hart made jokes some are offended by. That's the job of a comic. Hell, Bill Maher, Amy Schumer, Chelsea Handler all make inappropriate jokes that offend large numbers of people. This does not disqualify someone. -- Schumer did things to a person who was not in a condition to consent and admitted it. Very different--actions vs words. Now it appears as though her "confession to rape" is somewhat disputed, and I am not trying to decide the dispute there. All I am trying to poi…

Which solution are you advocating for: allowing Kevin Hart, or banning Ms. Schumer? I understand the post is about consistency, but which is the right answer in poster's mind?

But, a woman can decide to not have a child she can't afford, but the man has no right to decide that he can't afford the already conceived child. I'm not trying to take a side on the issue, but rather to point out that there is a disparity here under the current practices and laws.

But what if a male wanted to try on the ladies underwear? Wouldn't he be entitled to a clerk he'd be comfortable with? It's like a lady asking for a man's haircut...VS would need to provide changing rooms for male clients, right? and clerks? anything else would be discriminatory...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
