I don't think this story is as skewed towards the guy as other stories here are. Firstly, the girl's mom spotted $100k on the house. Yeah it didn't come from the girl herself, but it sure as hell didn't come from the guy either. This gives the girl at least some say in what happens regarding the house. QUESTION, can you elaborate on why an hour between 10-12 is worth 2 hours? Because I've experienced this as well but don't know the science behind it. I've read that the hours between 10-2 are when your body does the most repair during sleep, but the science wasn't explained. I've experienced this first hand though, it seems that anytime before 12 is when really rapid repair happens, and when I sleep anytime after 12 that magical repair doesn't occur at all, it's bizarre.

Work on a single productive hobby. Have you ever considered rapping? Painting? Drawing, coding, basketball, golf, martial arts, dancing (from hip hop to salsa/slow dancing, look them up they're actually damn cool), carving, DJing, pick up, etc. Anything as long as you have something to show for it. Just pick one and stick with it.
