Does anyone here have recommendations on good sheets, pillows, and cases? Cost not an issue but I'm no Bill Gates if you catch my drift.

Hey man, who does my sis have to talk so she can join the Air Force or Army because she's a nurse. Every time we speak with a recruiter, it's some run around and they offer positions that have nothing to do with being a nurse.

Can't be any further from the truth. Improved myself at 26 and went from 75K to 114k then haven't done shit in a year and a half to move forward. It's not that you're lazy, you just get too comfortable.

Remember man, your happiness comes first before anything external from you. As you improve, everything else will follow. I'm actually going through this right now. Decided to get a second full time job that will skyrocket me in my field in terms of skillet. At the same time, I decided to talk/see this woman. While I decide to spend some time with her, the mission comes first. If she falls off, then just gotta move forward.

Hey so update: Two days after this post I went NC and she came back with "we need to talk". This is a quick summary of the exchange. Her: I feel stupid about this. I feel like I'm not even there when in around you. Me: Understandable, I'll try to do better next time. Her: don't need to because I'm done trying. Me: I thought all this ended with the LJBF earlier and I'm not sure what you want or why bring this back up but I agree, LJBF. Her: Cool.....I didn't bring it back up, you just never respo…

I live in germany. I have no idea how the whole job system in america works. Ah, can't help you there much since I have no knowledge of Germany job market. Do you do your certifications and demand a raise, because your value increased? We just toss out resume back out when our skills improve and see what bites. Changing jobs 1-2 years isn't uncommon.

They're called hot zones and pay very high if it might be danger prone. Got a bunch of defense contracting buddies who go in every few years to get those fat untaxed income.
/r/askTRP11/06/18 06:28 PM

Where do you live. DC metro area or DMV has defense contracts everywhere. I literally went from 40K to 114k in the span of 2.5 years and only doing certifications, didn't finish college. Get your A+ and Security+ using Professor Messer free online videos then take the certification exam. Post that shit online and bag a recruiter who will sponsor you for an entry level help desk job and a security clearance. Do that for a year or so and start studying for Tier 3 admin certs.

I commented afterwards about it but not sounding needy. She texted 5 minutes later about Anthony Bourdain's suicide (very sad, cool dude). So she didn't even acknowledge the initial response I sent.

Got back from DR last summer and we went on what we call "on tour". Couple things I was told: Make sure the place you're staying at has a safe. (Passport, money, etc.) If it does, keep the keys hidden in your room where it would be hard to find eg, behind light fixtures, behind desks, etc. My safe had a built in lock and a pad lock so each key was hidden separately. Always travel with friends if you're going to a non tourist populated area. You will be singled out if you're caught alone. Luckily…

At 26/virgin, first time I even dated anyone/had a girlfriend and that went on for 5 months......of no sex. A whole relationship and fell for the "I give guys 6 months before having sex with them." Lots of green flags but the few reds? I was blind as a fucking bat. If it isn't for this shit right here, I'd probably scratch the itch to contact that woman I dumped earlier this year on the thoughts of maybe I went too far. Can't bring that garbage back inside, shits a mess.

Hey man, I used to put sex at a pedestal and losing it about two months ago at 27 years old, it made me realize how fucking stupid it was to obsses about it. Nothing else changed after losing it. Let me guess, you're asking questions and searching different views only on what it's like being a twenty something year old virgin which I constantly did. Fuck that shit, keep doing what you're doing on improving and like me, women just all of a sudden came out of nowhere. I was always at home playing …

And if you want to escape the drama for a while, in Thailand and the Philippines in particular, you can have a date and fuck with an HB8-10 for under $100, then kick her to the curb. What's not to like? I'm about to go to the Dominican Republic and for the past three months, every story I've heard from men who've gone there say this exact same story. They arrive and the most gorgeous women flock to you. Pay them 30-50 USD and they will be with you for 3-4 days acting like your girlfriend. These …

Bro, you should hop on the CCNA boat ASAP. I watched the CBT Nuggets video and studied practice questions then got the cert. Total time of two weeks; however I found more success with Linux and got my RHCSA. There's a big world out there for these two fields.

What's a good if not decent mile time to strive for? I'm asking because I recently just took up running using the C25K app and am on week 12 with the 10K app. It has me at about that 9 -10 minute mile which I think is good since I used to be a heavy smoker.

"Comparison is the thief of joy." There will always be someone who will be better than you. Take me for example, I had eczema since middle school, so about 15 years now. Caused me to lose my hair, weighed around 30% BF, and 5'10. I was always jealous of all my peers 6ft+ around me and it was depressing as shit. So what did I do? I focused on my career and am making well over six figures at 26. Sitting at 18-19 BF, lifting, skin cleared up,and working to rid of bad habits. Don't get me wrong, I t…

You need to own what you are and improve AND most important of all, you're not going to attract every woman. But like what everyone says here, confidence is key. Be proud of who you are and move on up.

Money doesn't make you directly more attractive, that's a weird belief people don't think through. DAMN. This is exactly what I've been thinking but couldn't put into words. However, money will give you access to status, and being at a VIP table or exclusive party does help a lot. Ah okay, got it. Do dope shit with more disposable income (responsibly) and have them think "Who's he?".
/r/TheRedPill09/06/17 01:55 AM

....more money can and will make you more attractive. I'm genuinely curious about this statement as I see and hear it all the time on here and from people I talk to in my area be it friends or family. Do women just smell and notice a guy who has money and just starts going after them? Reason I'm asking is because those who are close to me keep warning me since I'm 26, making over six figures, luxury vehicle, stable job, lifts, etc. I don't go around bragging this info to other people since I saw…

Dread is a part of your tool box and not everything in TRP will apply 100% of the time. So if contact dread is the only thing that you can manage right now, then do that. If she truly doesn't respond to it at all by going no contact for prolonged periods of time then you have your answer.

OP, /u/spliffgang is basically pointing you towards a ketogenic like diet. I've been on it for 5 weeks now and shedded about 13lbs already. Granted most of it is the initial water weight but my energy levels are better and body definitely looking leaner. Check out /r/keto for more info. I'd also recommend looking into intermittent fasting. It's what I compliment keto with.

Can't remember if it was just a generic quote or was directly from someone but this post reminded me of it, it went something like: "Hard work doesn't sell, that's why people always choose the easy route."

I've been frequenting a cigar shop/lounge since last September. I've received lessons from financial, relationships, networking, etc. These are men who have gone through beta stages up until their divorces and are dumping their experiences to younger folks like me who are in their 20s. Many of the TRP lessons I've read and skeptical about have been confirmed at this place. I'm still extremely blue pill with women but these men keep telling me to keep making my money and improve myself then the w…

Sis just turned 25 and bro is turning 24. Due to sis' school loans and bro not earning enough income, I can't just up and leave due to the financial burden they would have to take over.

Damn, this is similar to me right now at 27. Can't move out or my family (mom sis bro) would not be financially stable. They'd end up in the streets. They're all working but it's not enough.

Looks like you know what to do but no one here can read your mind in terms of what your interests are. Aside from the obvious lifting, what other things do you like to do? Play an instrument, programming, hiking, photography? The list goes on.....you can also look up different meetups and find something interesting to meet new people. I for one knew I had no dance game whatsoever and decided to sign up for Salsa and Bachata classes, best decision ever, it taught me how to be more confident and l…

You can't build power, wealth, relationships - or anything really significant (unless you're a hermit) without other people involved. Can attest to this, I went from making 30K to 114K due to the sole fact that I made friends who moved on to better jobs and got me in with interviews that were just formalities. This was also in the span of only two years and four months (I work in IT). This was also due to my studying and passing Certifications. But improving the way you interact with others to r…

Not just this but getting complacent after achieving a goal. For example, I just spent the last six months studying for my RHCSA and I passed it yesterday. I should be studying for my RHCE but I want a break really bad. Relaxing for a week or two would be nice but that's a snowball I know will take over if I don't discipline myself.

I was just in a similar boat recently. Ex showed she was a nasty and violent drunk when went on a double date few months ago. Last month we go on vacation and she ends up in the same boat. This time, I had suspicions about her previous behavior and went through her phone (she never hides her phone and always lets me use it). Find texting with her ex and they met up at the airport when he was back in town for holidays. Asked her when we got back if she crossed that boundary. She admitted to it an…
