| -31 | My new workplace has a who-takes-out-the-trash rotation, and females are exempt. Is that legal?Because there is very little danger associated w/ serving coffee. I think most people would agree that, in general, woman are more vulnerable than men. I'm assuming this policy was put in place to prevent women from going outside by themselves. It would be like if someone came here asking for help on how to format their hard drive and everyone just told them to take it to Best Buy.
