| 52 | Can we do a date idea megathread?For the first date I always take the girl for drinks at a nice hotel lounge-bar that is very close to my apartment. It is imo the ideal first date for the following reasons: Some alcohol always makes it a little more relaxed. Since music is playing, a short "awkward silence" doesn't get so awkward. However, the music is still at a volume where it is easy to talk to eachother, unlike a club.
