1	How do I get out of rock bottom? It is way to easy to set goals and plans on how you are going to do things then feel like you are making progress. You have to realise that is the easiest part. To actually achieve your goals you have to grind and put the work in that is the hard part you have to really try to stick with it and not give up. All that really matters is that you don't give up and you put in the work in. The only purpose of goals are to keep you motivated whilst you are grinding.	/r/seduction	03/03/21 12:49 AM
