1	Holding off on last 5 child support payments Yeh you need to pay that and move on. The reality is that it's your responsibility. You don't get to judge how it's spent. 3	What to expect? I guess this can vary by state, so you need to talk to your lawyer, but I'll tell you how it went down for me. My understanding was that there is only one primary custodian, even if you have 50/50 joint custody. My ex-wife is the primary custodian, but we have joint physical custody.
