The problem is people are becoming more atomized and less socialized. The idea of just striking up a conversation with a random person, especially an attractive woman is just not something young men (or women) do anymore. If we were honest. it's down to fear. I personally don't like talking to randoms, it scares the fuck outta me. I assume every person wants to go about their business without being interrupted. I also assume women will not be receptive to yet another dude trying to chat her up. …

There's a saying which has stuck with me "if she gives good head, it's because someone taught her".

Most men now prefer what ever they can get.

What and you don't recognise people who are ugly or hot on a day to day basis? Everyone is judging people based on genetics all the time.

Those guys are not incels, having sex a couple times a year is basically normal if you're an average single dude. Average guys don't actually need to put in insane amounts of effort, literally just have a social life and utilise dating apps in a smart way. I've fucked 7-8 women in the last year and I'm not chad.

Most incels never go to bars in the first place, a sizable chunk try once and never bother again. I'm willing to bet a tiny amount of incels have put in the work and done 100s of approaches. If an incel had done 100 approaches even if they were all rejections, he would've built a confidence level most normal people would be envious of.

I think there's some truth to this pasta. Being below average (poor genes) will effect all aspects of your life. But I also think you can turn things around by getting out there and socializing. These incel types always have the same thing in common, they never fucking go out. They also never take the advice of joining a group, club, volunteering, etc, which would improve their social skills and therefore dating prospects.

These things are important and will get you closer to finding a partner. However the most important things are personality and social skills. The muscular/rich dudes who aren't getting any are always boring fucks that no one wants to be around. Of course it would be better to be fit rather than fat, wealthy rather than poor but the more important question is, ARE YOU ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE TO BE AROUND? I see plenty of average dudes with ladies because they actually have a social life and some chari…

But what is it about being university educated that makes them more compatible? Political liberal?

/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/24 06:01 AM

What is this mindset? You can be extremely educated without having a degree. I'm a second gen university graduate and I am not phased in the slightest by whether my potential partner has a degree or not.

This is wild, I almost understand the intelligence argument for prefering someone university educated but values? What does that even mean? Do you prefer someone who values willing spend 40k on a peice of paper?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/24 04:31 AM

But once again all woke people are liberal/left
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/24 09:30 AM

40% of young women identify as liberal while 25% of young men do.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/24 08:14 AM

And woke people are overwhelmingly women.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/24 08:04 AM

I think women are by nature rule followers. They enforce the ideology of the system that's in power. In modern society that's liberalism and feminism. If we lived in nazi Germany they'd be pushing national socialism and racial purity. Women seem to love being given enough power to enforce rules and tell people off (the Karen phenomenon) but they don't desire to actually be in power. They're happy being middle(wo)men. In my experience women are also much more closed minded to hearing conflicting …

Men on average probably do it once or twice in their lives (provided they're getting laid at all). I've done it twice and have a body count in the teens. Both times I felt depressed afterwards and I haven't slept with anyone below my standards since. I imagine many men feel the same.

It does matter, even they don't care about the hobby. Having a hobby shows dedication, passion and often times ambition, which are attractive traits.

I'll give it a go, but I'm sure life drawing classes are full of women aged 40+ and with husbands or boyfriends.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/24 09:06 AM

What are you trying to say man? I do think women would chose the man if he was attractive or non threatening looking (baby faced, white, positive body language) regardless of whether he might be a psycho.

The issue is that most places where people are, are overwhelmingly filled with men or couples/partnered women. Single women are increasingly leaving those spaces for women exclusive spaces. If you know any spaces that have large numbers of welcoming single women, let me know.

But you don't have to be Voltaire to get chicks. Shallow dudes with hobbies are still superior to intellectual guys who do fuck all with their lives from the point of view of women. I'm striving to be both well read, a deep thinker and involved in interesting hobbies. The man who's gonna succeed will be the full package: good genes, intelligent, physically fit, funny, sociable, charismatic and ambitious.

I think it also speaks to a broader issue of no one wanting to socialize outside of their immediate social circle. Everyone has become very insular and lonely men are just shit out of luck.

That is a cute story, but working in hospitality scares me more than being alone haha. It does prove that basically any guy can find a woman if they're in proximity to them regularly.

You've gotta admit having your wife there adds massively to your attractiveness, just like wearing a wedding ring or carrying a baby.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/24 03:05 AM

If you're getting ogled by women, you're probably way above average in attractiveness plus having a wife is a huge piece of social proof.

An arms race is a good way of putting it. Women seem to be getting more antagonistic towards men by the day. It also creates an exponential effect where men keep piling into these groups causing more women to leave and you end up with insane ratios of 15:1, which I've witnessed first hand. It's becoming a new form of segregation.

I would disagree, having hobbies and interests does make you more interesting. Who's more interesting, the guy who plays video games and jacks off to hentai or the guy who's passionate about rock climbing, kayaking, pottery, stamp collecting and brewing beer. Now you shouldn't take up a hobby you don't enjoy just to get women, but having real constructive hobbies does make you more attractive.

Where are these places where people are open to talking to strangers? It's not bars in my experience, most people go with a group and refuse to talk to anyone else.

That's great if you like bars/clubs/festivals and are attracted to women who enjoy those things. I do not. I'd like to find a nerdy introvert nature gf thanks.

For the most part this is true. I live in a big city and I've been involved in a number of groups (boardgames, arts and crafts, hiking, etc.) and these have either been heavily male dominated or if it is balanced gender wise, the women aren't single. There really aren't many places to meet single women IRL. It feels weird going into female dominated groups like yoga, pilates, etc. Single ladies seem to have a small group of female friends and either go to bars together (not wanting to get hit on…
