3	Define creepy I think: Neediness, clinginess. Trying too hard. Possibly violent. Or evident bad intentions. All encompassing 3. They feel threatened. In the end, though, who cares? 2	the whys and hows of meditation I think guided meditation is kind of a mistake. The idea is that you are silencing the critical voice using your own concentration, and that effect during meditation pours over into your daily life. So if you rely on an outside source, I'd think the benefits will be a lot less. That said, hypnosis has its benefits too and is also usually done by someone else.
