Pros Routine Started waking up at 6:00 AM every day of the week, but quickly realized it was a bit too extreme. Thus I let myself sleep until 8:00 AM on weekends. Limited my rest time between each our of work to half an hour, while also listening to the Tom Torero Podcast, so that at least half my attention is still turned to learning something. Kept on taking cold baths everyday, which worsened my cold but didn't stop me nonetheless. Ignored my phone for three or some days, making myself less a…

That is the entire point of The Red Pill. You won't become a different person, only your view of the world will change by some amount. It seems you're afraid it will destroy your relationships, but it won't. Your world view will change, but what you do with your life and how you act depens entirely on you. This is the process of growing up, entirely digested and presented to you in an easily readable form. Your mind is on the right track, you just have to go and take the pill. Besides, if all of…

Don't worry about becoming cold hearted. In fact, that's just another step to seeing the world how it is. Besides, one heartbreak won't kill you. The feelings will hardly go away, but like an addiction, you learn how to deal with if.

Pros Routine Arranged my routine into a neat Excel table, helping me to keep track of what I should be doing and at what times. Changed my workout times so that I can spend more time at the gym without having to worry about the rest of my evening. Made sleeping without a pillow a habit, greatly improving my posture. Started keeping track of my workout weights through another Excel table, also registering progress though weekly photos. Started meditating for half an hour at the beginning of each …

You could try to bust a nut with your imagination, it is better than busting to porn. However, the best option would be to transform your urges into energy to do whatever you need to do, or, if that fails, learn to control that need.

Hello there. I've been digesting the sidebar for some time and am now trying it out in real life. My only issue is as follows: whenever I try to be more confident, I mostly sound like a dick. Should I worry about that? I'm aware people don't like change, but should I just not give a shit about what people think about me? I've read a lot about IDGAF attitude, but wouldn't that be social suicide?
