you've made your own bed. you sleep in it. as a woman, you can make another, but hey if it's sharp glass beds you like sleeping in, by all means. most men sleep on the floor.

maybe not in your case but in general women that say this speak from their own experience of shooting out of their league (going for chad) and failing (pumped and dumped)

this shitty trope that incels are held back because of their standards is so tired but ironic because it's mostly said by projecting women

it absolutely is commodified due to its value by the average man and woman alike, by women due to the risks associated with it and men due to its scarcity. what i meant by wanting the same kind of traditional man didn't encompass only sex. women who want sex are going to be attracted to a mans looks and women who don't will be attracted to the safety and resources he provides, so it's the same traditional gender role applied to men

was aware and that's why I said most, and those that aren't are exceptions to the rule. deadbedrooms pretty much shows how important sexual attraction is in a marriage. it doesn't have to be a need for it to be an important part of a relationship. hell of an assumption of you to make to think that even those women you describe as plain, who don't vie for sexual attention, aren't attracted to the same kind of man. not expressing a thirst for it doesn't equate they don't want it, it's that the ava…

that's the thing though, the only way most men are going to be sexually attractive to most women is through a show of traditional masculinity, so any talks of patriarchal society being dismantled are null when most human beings have sex as an incentive and that type of behavior is what's being incentivized

most women do want to find their partners sexually attractive though so you're basically saying the only way you're going to find a woman who doesn't adhere to traditional gender roles is to look for the small % of women who don't want to have sex at all/find it important in a relationship? in the freak scenario that he does find these women you're essentially telling the guy to make friends, not date

In a world where both men and women expect to be sexually attracted to their partners, a body positivity movement that ignores men has a huge blind spot. Body positivity is awesome, but it didn't seem all that concerned with the needs of men from the get-go. Imagine the body image discussions if men only expressed attraction towards the top 5% of women. School in particular is now highly tuned to female success, all those articles lauding women going to college at rates 50% higher then men? How …
