Come on man. You can do better than that. Show some agency and do some research on your own. This sub is talking about lifting as a core principle since day one. I think you should have found some info if you were willing to do the bare minimum of research. I’ll give you some advice anyway: Put less calories in your mouth than you burn. That's what I missed in my interaction with her. I should have made it more clear to her, that I am very satisfied with her behavior. Something I got to work on in the future: reward and therefor reinforce good behavior
